In a first hydraulic clutch deviceprovided with a first clutch inner, a pressure bearing plate portionD disposed on the first clutch inneropposing driving and driven friction platesand, a clutch pistonthat is consecutively disposed to a pressurizing plate portionD and moves to the side to pressurize the driving and driven friction platesandin accordance with an increase in a hydraulic pressure in a control hydraulic chamber, a piston guidethat forms a control hydraulic chamberbetween itself and the clutch piston, and a canceller platethat forms a hydraulic canceller chamberon the side opposite to the control hydraulic pressure chamber, a projection portionof the canceller plateand a notch portiondisposed in the piston guideand engaged with the projection portionare engaged with each other and assembled, and a clipthat is engaged with an engagement grooveof the notch portionand regulates axial movement of the canceller plateis disposed.
