Abstract
Mold system () for manufacturing cardboard-based container, comprising movable mold half () and stationary mold half () located opposite one another. Movable mold half (), movable with respect to stationary mold half (), includes at least a core plate (), a plate-like seal ring () movable with respect to the core, and collar ring (). Stationary mold half () includes at least a mold plate () provided with a mold cavity () and a seal surface (). Container () comprises bottom () pressed from cardboard blank and wall () connected to the bottom and plastic rim () connected to the upper edge of the walls.
