Abstract
An electron beam sterilizer has a bottle holderprovided with a rotation shaft, a neck grippermounted to a lower end of the rotation shaft, a rotating bodyfor rotating and moving the neck gripperand a rotator revolver (segment gear, pinion gear, disc-shaped cam, etc.), and while conveying the resin bottlein the state of being held, the resin bottleis sterilized by irradiation with the electron beam through the irradiation windowof the electron beam irradiation device. The entire surface of the resin bottleis completely sterilized by being rotated by the rotator during the movement in front of the irradiation windowand, thereafter, the rotator is inverted in position to return the neck gripper to thereby discharge the bottle.
