Abstract

A manikin for practicing resuscitation, comprising an inflatable body (). The inflatable body () is adapted to absorb compression force exerted during simulated chest compression. Preferably, the manikin also comprises a chest plate (), the chest plate () acting as a pressure distributor on the inflatable body (). The chest plate () being connected to the inflatable body () by elastic means (). The manikin may also comprise a lung part (), the lung part being connected to a face mask ().
