Abstract
A flatness of a part of a component formed of a resin material that faces a thrust bearing gap is easily increased. A housing () is injection-molded using a resin material and has a bottomed-cylindrical shape integrally including a cylindrical side portion () and a flat bottom portion (). The resin material to be used for the injection molding of the housing () contains, as filler, a reinforcing fiber having a fiber diameter of 6 to 8 μm and an aspect ratio of 10 to 40.
