The ribbon further includes, on at least one of its races (), at least one longitudinal groove () situated between one of said ends () and the central portion (), and in that the longitudinal groove () is shaped in such a manner that when the layer of the semiconductor material is deposited, the semiconductor material () filling the groove () forms a protuberance () adjacent to one of the longitudinal ends () of one of the faces () of the carbon ribbon.
