Abstract

The invention concerns a method for obtaining a metal implant for open porosity tissue support and/or replacement, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: (i) selecting a mould, (ii) arranging in the mould a solid metal core (), (iii) filling the volume of the mould () still available with a powder of microspheres (), (iv) consolidating the microspheres () with each other as well as with said at least one solid core () by electrical discharge sintering.
