A display unit attaching structure includes: a plurality of first rhombic clipsfor engaging with engaging holesof a vehicle roof sheet metal; a base sheet metalon one side of which an engaging sectionis formed, and on the other side of which a supporting sectionwith an engaging holeis formed; and a display main bodyin which the display is pivotally supported openably and closably in a housing section of a display, on one side of which an engaging sectionfor engaging with the engaging sectionof the base sheet metalis provided, and on the other side of which a second rhombic clipfor engaging with the engaging holeis provided.
