Abstract
The invention relates to a hydrodynamic clutch having constant or variable filling of work medium The hydrodynamic clutch is characterized in that the ratio of the volume of the work space to the installation volume of the hydrodynamic clutch is greater than 0.26, the installation volume of the hydrodynamic clutch being defined by a cylinder volume having constant diameter, whose external diameter corresponds to the maximum external diameter of the hydrodynamic clutch, and whose axial length corresponds to the maximum axial extension of the hydrodynamic clutch.
