Abstract
An articulation and/or bearing device () with a pivot pin () whose head area (), in the assembled condition, is held in a receiving joint cup () and, together with the latter, can move axially relative to an accommodating space that acts as a housing (), is designed such that in relation to the axial movement of the joint cup () within the housing (), the articulation or bearing device () acts as a gas pressure spring and/or damper.
