The facility qualifies the potentially acquirable intellectual property assets using pre-determined qualification criteria. The facility receives an indication of the value of the potentially acquirable intellectual property assets. The facility provides information regarding the potentially acquirable intellectual property assets to a user for use in negotiating the acquisition of one or more of the potentially acquirable intellectual property assets.
