Abstract
A mounting structure for a speaker with respect to a panel () is provided. The mounting structure includes a speaker (), a pair of projecting latches () flanking a predetermined mounting region of the panel (), and a frame member () which is held in fixed engagement with the latches () so as to press the speaker () onto the mounting region.
