Abstract

Vaccine compositions in which gangliosides and the OMP ofwere combined to form very small size proteoliposomes (VSSP) to be administered subcutaneously are described, these compositions do not require the use of any additional adjuvant. The described compositions allow the immunological treatments with gangliosides, particularly N-AcGM3/VSSP and N-GcGM3/VSSP, showing advantages due to the less aggressive reaction in the site of injection and can be used in a simpler way and better for the patients.
