Abstract
A screen printing apparatus that prevents degradation of a printing tact and print quality is provided. There are included a cleaning unitthat cleans one surfaceof a screen maskopposing a workpiece, the screen maskhaving a print pattern for printing a pattern on the workpiece, and a conveying meansthat conveys the cleaning unitover the surfaceof the screen mask. The cleaning unitincludes cleaning paperthat contacts the surfaceof the screen mask, a scraperthat brings the cleaning paperinto contact with the surfaceof the screen mask, that slides on the surfaceof the screen maskwith the cleaning paperbeing disposed therebetween, and that has an uneven face portion, and a scraper moving meansthat moves the scraperto the contact position.
