Abstract
A labeling band assembly comprising a web of a tag material and an elastic film, where the web of the tag material has a central portion coated with a release agent disposed between a pair of lateral edge portions that are free of the release agent. The elastic film has a first portion at least partially disposed over the release agent and second portions bonded to the lateral edge portions to define connection zones. The labeling band assembly also comprises perforations extending along the web to define a plurality of labeling bands.
