The disclosure relates to method of treating a disease in which VEGFR-3 is involved, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the formula wherein R, R, R, and Rare as defined in the disclosure, to compositions containing them, to processes for preparing them, and to their use in therapeutics.
