Abstract
A dielectric material is provided. The material includes α[CaBaSr(CaCu)CuLaTiMO]+(1−α)[BaSrTiO], wherein M is aluminum, chromium, zirconium, or combinations thereof; x can vary between the value of zero and 0.1 such that 0≦x≦0; y, z, and r can vary between the value of zero and 1 such that 0≦y≦1, 0≦z≦1, and 0≦r≦1; p and q can vary between the value of zero and 0.1 such that 0≦p≦0.1 and 0≦q≦0.1; δ can vary between the value of zero and 0.05 such that 0≦δ≦0.05; and α can vary between the value of 0.5 and 1 such that 0.5≦α≦1, with a proviso that when x=y=0 and z=α=1, p and q are greater than zero; and when x=y=z=0, p and q are not simultaneously zero. A dielectric component including the dielectric material and a system including the dielectric component are provided.
