Abstract
The inkjet head has a first silicon substratehaving ink ejection portsformed, a glass substratebonded to the first silicon substrate, having ink channel holesformed thereon, and a second silicon substratehaving ink chambersgrooved, piezoelectric elementsprovided on the back side of the ink chambersand the ink chamber forming surface bonded to the glass substrates. In the second silicon substrate, there are formed an ink flow channelcommunicating with the ink chambersand through holescommunicating with the ink flow channelon the ink chamber forming surface, wherein an ink circulation tubesmade of glass tubes are bonded to the through holes, and the first silicon substrate, the glass substrate, the second silicon substrateand an bonding surface of the ink circulation tube are anodically-bonded.
