Abstract
The invention relates to a device () for dispensing a telecommunication cable () from a reel (), wherein the device () comprises the following: a first and a second end element that are separated by one or more transverse elements (); and an axis () that extends at least partially between the end elements () so as to rotatably connect the reel () to the device, wherein the cable can be pulled from the reel over one of the one or more transverse elements.
