Abstract
From antibodies that can be used to immunostain atherosclerotic tissue sections, the present inventors selected antibodies applicable to in vivo imaging, and analyzed their specificities. The result showed that fluorescently labeled anti-oxidized LDL/βGPI complex antibodies that are specific to a particular epitope were effective for imaging.
