Abstract

An intraocular lens insertion device for inserting an intraocular lens capable of securely and safely pushing out the lens by a simple structure. An intraocular lens insertion device () comprises: a main body () having a lens placement portion () on which the lens () with a pair of loop parts () at its optic part () is placed, a transition portion () deforming the lens (), and a nozzle portion () discharging the lens (); and a lens push-out mechanism () pushing out the lens () placed on the lens placement portion (). The lens push-out mechanism () comprises a plunger () pushing out the lens () and a slider () having a lens contact part () larger than the plunger (). The slider () comprises an operating part () projected to the outside of the body ().
