Abstract
A display system includes display terminals (---) that display pictures, a display control apparatus () that controls the display of pictures on the display terminals (---), and optical shutters (---) that are provided corresponding to each of the display terminals (---) and that enter a state of transmitting incident light in intervals in which private pictures are displayed on corresponding terminals and enter a state of blocking incident light in other intervals. The display control apparatus () controls the display terminals (---) such that private pictures are not simultaneously displayed on display terminals (---).
