Abstract
Disclosed is a gas-barrier film laminate having at least two gas-barrier film layers laminated via an adhesive layer, wherein the gas-barrier film layer has a substrate film, and at least one constitutive unit layer comprising an anchor coat layer and an inorganic thin film layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate film in that order, and wherein the number of the bubbles having a diameter of at least 0.5 mm and the impurities having a diameter of at least 0.5 mm existing between the gas-barrier film layers is at most 3 in total per 100 cm.
