Abstract
A steam turbine power plantincludes a steam turbine facilityin which power is generated by driving steam turbines with steam from a boilergenerating steam using combustion heat and steam from a heat collecting steam generatorgenerating steam using sunlight, and a carbon dioxide collecting facilityin which carbon dioxide contained in combustion gas from the boilerand the like is collected. Further, steam from the heat collecting steam generatoris delivered to a solar heat steam turbineand performs expansion work, and thereafter part of the steam is delivered to the carbon dioxide collecting facilityvia a pipeand heats the absorbing liquidin the recovery tower
