A steam turbine power plantincludes a steam turbine facilityin which power is generated by driving steam turbines with steam from a boilergenerating steam using combustion heat and steam from a heat collecting steam generatorgenerating steam using sunlight, and a carbon dioxide collecting facilityin which carbon dioxide contained in combustion gas from the boilerand the like is collected.
