Abstract
A mobile communication terminal in accordance with the present invention includes a first wireless communication unitcorresponding to a first wireless communication system and an interfacecapable of detachably connecting an external apparatus. The mobile communication terminal for starting up a communication operating system using a battery as a power supply includes a determination unitfor determining whether or not the external apparatusconnected to the interfacehas a second wireless communication unitcorresponding to a second wireless communication system and a control unitfor controlling the communication operating system to be started up by executing a start-up sequence of the second wireless communication unitwithout executing a start-up sequence of the first wireless communication unitin a case where the determination unitdetermines that the second wireless communication unitis included when the communication operating system is started up again after being disabled due to a decline in the battery voltage. Thus, the multi-mode communication based on the battery voltage can be executed efficiently and user convenience can be improved.
