Abstract
An electric motor includes a stator including stator steel core () around which a coil is wound; a rotor which includes rotating body () that holds a plurality of permanent magnets () in the circumferential direction to face the stator, and shaft () that fastens rotating body () so as to penetrate the center of rotating body (); a bearing () for supporting shaft (); and bracket () for fixing bearing (), wherein dielectric layer () is provided between shaft () and the outer periphery of rotating body ().
