Abstract

A system to highlight the hair includes a device () and a composition (). The device () includes a first portion movably joined to a second portion. Composition () includes a percentage of hydrogen peroxide and a percentage of an alkalizer by weight of the composition (). The weight percentages of hydrogen peroxide and of an alkalizer are defined by equation (I): X+1.5Y≧15 (I). X is the percentage by weight of hydrogen peroxide by weight of the composition (). Y is the percentage by weight of an alkalizer by weight of the composition (). The composition () includes at least 2% of hydrogen peroxide by weight of the composition () and the alkalizer is an inorganic salt. The composition () allows to perform highlighting when applied with the device ().
