Abstract
The positioning terminal of the present invention includes a positioning unitconfigured to perform positioning processing for acquiring position information which indicate a current position of the positioning terminal, a route storage unitconfigured to store a registered route formed by concatenating location points indicated by position information previously acquired by the positioning unit, a route matching determining unitconfigured to determine whether or not the positioning terminalmoves on the registered route, and a continuous positioning control unitconfigured to change a positioning interval at which the positioning unitperforms positioning processing from a time interval TIto a time interval TIwhich is longer than the time interval TI, when it is determined that the positioning terminal moves on the registered route.
