Abstract
In this patent, we isolated a novel compound from fruiting body of, namely, (22R)-5α-lanosta-8,24-dien-3β,15α,21-triol. This compound possesses preferential cytotoxicity against human leukemia, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, hepatoma, and cervical cancer cells.
