Abstract
A deep-drawing packaging machine () includes a forming station () for forming containers () in a first web-like material (), an insertion section () for inserting products () which reach at least one sealing level () or project over it, and a sealing station () arranged downstream thereof in a working direction (R) which is embodied to seal a second web-like material () onto the containers (). The packaging machine further includes a means () for changing a distance () of layers () of the second, at least two-layered web-like material (). In another embodiment, a packaging machine includes an insertion section () and a sealing station () arranged downstream thereof in the working direction (R), in which at least one contact () is provided for thermal transfer via heat conduction between a sealing plate () and a heating plate () for heating a lid foil ().
