Abstract

The present invention refers to the use of the compound of Formula (I') or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, isomer, or prodrug thereof for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of hematological dyscrasias, including myelodisplastic syndromes (MDSs) and for improving the efficacy of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and/or cancer immunotherapy.
