Abstract
A hand held device for removing hard skin from calluses comprises a handle () and a cutting head () having a base plate (), and several tubular cutting elements () inclined so that their cutting edges lie in inclined planes at an angle of 5° to 45° to a skin contact plane defined by the extremities of the cutting elements. The cutting elements can be arranged in an array of staggered rows.
