Abstract

The invention relates to a handle configuration for a door, in particular for a motorized vehicle door, with an outside handle () mounted such that it can pivot, which is arranged on the outside on the type of exterior door fuselage () that has a concave external handle recess (), where the outside handle () has a first () and a second bearing arm () arranged on the inside with the first bearing arm () mounted around a rotational axis (), the outside handle () has face surfaces () in each of the areas of the first () and the second bearing arm () which face the exterior door fuselage () and with a gap () that exists between the face surface () and the exterior door fuselage (). According to the invention, it is provided that the outside handle () is rotatably mounted in a guideway (), which is fundamentally matched to the contour of the concavity of the handle recess (), by means of which a tolerance compensation can be achieved by moving the outside handle () along the guideway (), without a resulting contact of the outside handle () with the exterior door fuselage ().
