Abstract

A developer carrying member having less environmental dependence is provided. The developer carrying member has a substrate and a resin layer, which resin layer contains an acrylic resin; the acrylic resin having a unit (1) represented by the following formula (1) and a unit (2) represented by the following formula (2).
