Method for the detection of, which method comprises the performance of a DNA amplification involving the use of a primer pair by using DNA that is derived from a sample as a template and the detection of an amplification product, characterized in that the primer pair used for the DNA amplification is designed on the basis of nucleotide sequences of the regions corresponding to the nucleotide numbers 3654 to 4320 and 4351 to 4448 in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No. 1.
