Abstract

A method for producing a vessel (), involving: placing a preform () into the mold; at the pre-blowing cue (t), controlling the opening of an electrovalve () for establishing communication between the preform () and a source () of gas at a predetermined pre-blowing pressure (P); measuring the pressure (P) inside the preform (); at the blowing cue (t), controlling the opening of an electrovalve () for establishing a communication between the preform () and a source () of a gas at a blowing pressure (P) higher than the pre-blowing pressure (P); memorising the variations of the pressure (P) inside the preform () at least during the interval between the pre-blowing cue (t) and the blowing cue (t); detecting the expansion end moment (t) from which the pressure in the preform () increases in a linear manner; and advancing the blowing cue (t) according to the expansion end moment (t).
