Abstract
When directed to transmit data in a personal computer (), a document image data generating section () generates document image data obtained by imaging a document content based on document data for every page. An index image generating section () composites a file name of the document data and icon image data corresponding to application software by which the document data is created, and thereby generates index image data. The folder generating section () generates a PC folder based on the document image data, the index image data, and the management data, and generated by a management file generating section () transmits the PC folder to a digital camera () via a data transmitting section ().
