Abstract
Preparing a flexographic member () includes providing a digital image and calculating a relief image based on the digital image. At least one stress-sensitive boundary region () adjacent to at least one image feature is identified and the relief image is created on the flexographic member. The depth () of at least a portion of a floor region () adjacent the at least one image feature is increased to provide a modified floor region.
