Abstract
MIMO transmitting apparatus wherein data to be retransmitted and data to be transmitted anew are rearranged, thereby using HARQ technique to improve the reliability of the system transmission, while increasing the system throughput and improving the efficiency of the whole data transmission. In this apparatus, a retransmittal data selecting means () temporarily stores data, and outputs, as retransmittal data, the data when it is determined, based on feedback information, that the data must be retransmitted. A deinterleaving means () performs a deinterleaving process under control of an interleaving control means (). The interleaving control means () controls, based on the feedback information, an interleaving process.
