Abstract
In an image processing system including an image processing apparatusfor receiving and memorizing image data created based on print data of a Page Description Language onto a memory sectionwhile performing a processing based on the image data, the image processing system includes a control section (memory management section) for calculating a remaining amount of a capacity of the memory sectionand a remaining amount of a quantity of the image data that can be memorized to the memory section, for selecting the lesser of the remaining amount of a quantity of the image data and the remaining amount of a capacity of the memory sectionand for performing a control based on the selected remaining amount.
