Abstract

A fluorescent enzymatic substrate including a backbone saccharide nature having at least one saccharide unit. The saccharide unit includes a fluorophore Fand an inhibitor Iof the fluorescence of F. The fluorophore Fand the inhibitor I, either directly or by the spacer arms Band B, respectively, when at least one Band Bis present, are grafted on the same saccharide unit of the backbone saccharide.
