Described herein are ways to solubilize clopidogrel for parenteral administration containing clopidogrel and DW, which is useful in the prevention of platelet aggregation in acute coronary syndrome, acute myocardial infarction or to prevent platelet facilitated thrombosis following coronary angioplasty and/or coronary stenting.
