Abstract
A liquid container () for holding a liquid () of a motor vehicle, having a front wall () arranged in the direction of travel of the vehicle and a rear wall () opposed thereto and an upper wall (). To reduce sloshing noises generated by having a wave forming in the liquid container () due to acceleration, at least one compensating tube () is provided, having a first opening (), a connecting portion () and a second opening ().
