Abstract
Reinforcing system () for reinforcing structures with irregular surfaces, such as shaped columns. Fiber-reinforced plastic sheathing () is wrapped around or over the surface to be reinforced and fiber anchors () are installed at high stress areas, such as re-entrant corners. Cover strip () spreads force among fiber anchors () and provides a smooth finish.
