Abstract
The invention relates to a DNA sequence that encodes a polypeptide with lysophospholipase activity and was isolated fromand sequences derived therefrom, polypeptides with lysophospholipase activity encoded by these sequences as well as the use of these polypeptides for improving the filterability of syrups consisting of wheat starch and for related applications.
