Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a fiber composite component, comprising the steps: introduction of a first body (), consisting of fibers and a matrix material, into a mold (), said first body () having a continuous first body edge (); the first body () is irradiated with microwaves () to produce a fiber-composite component. According to the invention, the first body () is introduced into the mold () in such a way that at least parts of the first body edge () are brought into contact with the mold ().
