Abstract

A stationary pulley () includes a pressing pulley () having a stationary pulley surface () and also includes a support pulley () having a rotating shaft () fixed to the center section of the support pulley. The support pulley () is placed so as to face a movable pulley surface () across the pressing pulley () in the direction of the axis of the rotating shaft (), and the support pulley () supports an outer peripheral section () of the pressing pulley () so as to restrain axial movement of the outer peripheral section (). The pressing pulley () has an inner peripheral section () axially movable relative to the rotating shaft () and can transmit torque to the rotating shaft ().
