Abstract
A hinge assembly is provided to mount a door to a housing, and includes a housing fixation section (), a hinge cup () pivotally connected to the housing fixation section (), and a damping mechanism () positioned entirely within the hinge cup () to dampen movement of the door as it closes on the housing.
