Disclosed herein are red phosphorescent compounds of the following one of Formulas 1 to 3 R1 and R2 are independently a C-Calkyl group, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently selected from hydrogen, C-Calkyl groups and C-Calkoxy groups, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from C-Calkyl groups and C-Calkoxy groups, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen, C-Calkyl groups and C-Calkoxy groups, and is selected from 2,4-pentanedione, 2,2,6,6,-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dione, 1,3-propanedione, 1,3-butanedione, 3,5-heptanedione, 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentanedione, 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedione and 2,2-dimethyl-3,5-hexanedione.
