Abstract

A table is provided including a document name and content that is included the document data thereof and for which the number of times that duplication is permitted is restricted, in association with each other. The table is referenced, and a determination is made as to whether document data targeted for duplication processing includes content for which duplication processing is restricted. If a determination is made that such content is included, deletion-completed document data in which the content has been deleted from the document data is generated (S), and the document name, the deletion-completed document data, and information regarding the content are stored in association with each other (S).
